Instructions to Authors

General Contributions to Orissa Journal of Physics are welcomed from throughout the world. Papers previously published cannot be accepted for the journal and papers submitted to and accepted by Orissa Journal of Physics should not be published elsewhere. The submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. The author or the corresponding author of a multi-authored paper is required to complete, sign and send the Publication Authorization and Copyright Transfer (PACT) form to the Editorial office. Manuscripts should be typed in double space on one side of the A4 size good quality white bond paper leaving ample margins on all sides. The manuscripts must be prepared neatly and concisely in English. Authors are encouraged to obtain assistance in the editing of their papers for proper and consistent use of English prior to submission. In the interests of speed, manuscripts should be copy edited and authors are requested to check their texts carefully before submitting so that proofs will require only corrections of typographical errors.

Authors of articles are invited to submit soft copy of their papers prepared strictly in accordance with the following specified guidelines for manuscript preparation along with duly filled in PACT form to the Editor (Circulation), through e_mail to babitapani@gmail.com and cc to the Editor in Chief Prof. L.P. Singh at lambodar_uu@yahoo.co.in with the attachment of the paper preferably prepared in MS_Word. Electronic files in LaTex are also acceptable. The typed text should be prepared using Times Roman / CG Times 12 point font.
